U.S. Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Lost em? Broke em? Don't like em? We got you. Our Around the Sun Warranty has you covered for 365 days.  After that, it would be bout that time to buy a new pair anyway :) 

Let's keep things simple for your return process.

To begin a return or exchange simply send an email to: hello@sundazerays.com

Somebody from our team will respond within 24 hours.

You will be notified via email to the same address listed on your order.  Let us know what you would like to do with your item and we will happily oblige.

If for some reason you would like to send your awesome pair back to us, all we ask is that you send them back with the same care. Please pack them inside the provided microfiber covering as well as the packaging. Would be great if you can use the original box they came in.  However if you don't have it, please make sure they are packed properly in another box, as we wouldn’t want them to break during shipping.  Any damaged products returned unfortunately cannot be accepted since the product will be considered unsellable.
